Jennifer Cooke, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Mrs. Cooke hails from Puerto Rico and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at East Tennessee State University in May 2021. Prior to this, she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practice from Maryville University in 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in 2014. Her nursing journey began in 2002 when she became a License Practical Nurse after graduating from Altamaha Technical College in Jesup, GA.

Mrs. Cooke is a fluent Spanish speaker and is dedicated to enhancing healthcare accessibility and outcomes for the Hispanic community in Montgomery County. She is particularly committed to diabetes prevention and management.
