Ida Michele Williams, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Williams is both a Pediatrician and our Chief Medical Officer. In addition to her responsibilities for clinical oversight, Dr. Williams continues to see patients in our clinics as she has since 2002. When she isn’t caring for patients and overseeing clinical operations, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her two children and husband along with gardening, coaching basketball and cooking.
Shaniqua Clark, FNP
Shaniqua is a family nurse practitioner who works with patients in our Nashville clinic. She completed her Master of Science degree in nursing (MSN) at Tennessee State University and has been in practice for over 5 years.
Kinara Byrd, MSN, RN, C-PNP-PC
Kinara Byrd-Garrison is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Fisk University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt School of Nursing. Kinara is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has always had a love for children since a child herself. She enjoys working with the community and helping to bridge the gap in lack of access to care
Jennifer Cooke, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Ms. Cooke received her Master of Science degree in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2017.
Kevin Dennis MD PharmD
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Dennis Is a Family Practice trained physician who has been practicing over 20 years in the Nashville area. He is a graduate of Meharry Medical College and the Florida A & M University College of Pharmacy. Dr Dennis completed his residency training at Meharry in the Department of Family Medicine in 2003. He has additional training in Emergency Medicine with over 10 years experience. Dr Dennis is a healthcare mentor and public speaker. He also enjoys charity work traveling and golf in his spare time.
Elosha Johnson, MD
Dr. Johnson is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi, School of Medicine in 2010. Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with family, reading, shopping and traveling. She enjoys being active with her church and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Laura Ashley Franklin-Woods, MD
Dr. Franklin-Woods is a Pediatrician with 3 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology, at the University of Memphis and her Medical Doctorate from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Franklin completed her Pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, in Augusta, Georgia. She is a Nashville native, having graduated from Martin Luther King Jr, Magnet High School. She is excited to move back home and care for the children of Nashville. She enjoys traveling and spending time as a newlywed with her husband.
Onika L. Richmond-Hibbler, FNP
Ms. Hibbler is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is a graduate of Tennessee State University with 1 year Family Practitioner experience and 4 years Nursing experience. Ms. Hibbler enjoys shopping, cooking and volunteering at her church- Mount Zion Baptist Church and spending time with family.
Shondell Hickson, DNP, APN, ACNS-BC, FNP-BC
Ms. Hickson cares for patients in the Matthew Walker Clarksville clinic. She received her Doctorate degree in nursing from Murray State University and is also an associate professor in the nursing department at Austin Peay State University. Ms. Hickson has been in practice for over 8 years and focuses on chronic illness management in Diabetes and Hypertension.
Pamela Jones, FNP
Ms. Jones has been in nursing for 10 years, initially as a public health nurse. She completed her Master of Science degree in nursing (MSN) at Tennessee State University in 2013. Pamela is also a certified lactation counselor.
Keith Junior, MD
Dr. Junior is an internist in Nashville, Tennessee and is affiliated with TriStar Centennial Medical Center and St Thomas Midtown Hospital and Centennial Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Danielle Kinzer, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Ms. Kinzer received her Master of Science in Nursing/FNP in December 2018 from Chamberland University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in August 2015 from Marian University.
Zoe Frances Lowery, FNP
Ms. Lowery is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from “The Great” Tennessee State University. Ms. Lowery has 9 years experience as a Registered Nrse and 6 months as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She loves to travel, shop, spend time with her nephew and reading the bible. Ms. Lowery is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc./Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority.
Lorianne Marsh, RN, BSN
Ms. Marsh received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2001 and her FNP from Vanderbilt University in summer 2020.
Diane McDermott, MD
Dr. McDermott is a Family Medicine Specialist and has been practicing for 27 years. She graduated from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in 1992.
Damaris Olagundoye, MD
Dr. Olagundoye is an obstetrician-gynecologist in our Smyrna clinic who completed her medical degree and residency at Meharry Medical College. She has been practicing for more than 12 years and has been practicing at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center for over 7 years. She enjoys working at Matthew Walker because it allows her a unique opportunity to serve a community that is disproportionately affected by health disparities. In this role, she sees that we can truly make a difference, one patient at a time. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Vernita Tucker, MD
Dr. Tucker is an obstetrics & gynecology doctor who has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and is affiliated with Nashville General Hospital at Meharry, Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, TriStar Centennial Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Tucker sees patients at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center as part of our partnership with Meharry Medical College.
John Wahba, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Mr. Wahba is a Vanderbilt University graduate, August 2016, Family Nurse Practitioner. He is bilingual, full professional fluency in Arabic and English and a member of Vanderbilt Program of Inter-professional Learning (VPIL), Cohort 2014

Dr. Ross is a Dentist at our Nashville and Clarksville locations where she provides comprehensive family dental care. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in 1992.

Laketra enjoys using her years of diverse experience in Dentistry to care for patients and help them understand the importance of good oral hygiene. In her spare time she can be found spending time with family and friends and shopping.

Dr. Logan is a dentist at our Nashville location. She received her Dental degree from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in 2016. She attended General Practice Residency in 2017 at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Logan hopes to improve the overall health and oral health care of underserved communities. She enjoys educating and making patients smile. In her spare time, she takes pleasure in spending time with family. .

Dr. Mays is a practicing dentist who sees patients in our Nashville clinic. Dr. Mays is a member of the National Dental Association who enjoys being able to positively impact the lives of others through service inside and outside of the Matthew Walker Dental Clinic. In her leisure time, Dr. Mays likes staying physically active, spending time outside, music and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Diahann Onadeko provides dental care at the Clarksville location. She graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville,TN and did her residency at Interfaith Medical Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr.Onadeko has a big heart and loves educating patients about oral health and treating patient’s dental needs. In her spare time she likes to travel the world, spend time with family, cook, and listen to music.

She sees patients at our Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Centers in Nashville, Smyrna, and Clarksville. In her spare time, she enjoys, spending time with family, traveling, and working on community service projects.
Tawanda Lauderdale-Dickerson, LCSW, LSSW
Ms. Lauderdale-Dickerson is a Behavioral Health Provider and cares for patients in our Nashville and Smyrna clinics. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Alabama A&M University in 2006. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, live concerts and spending time with her daughter. Tawanda is also a licensed school social worker in the state of Tennessee.
Kendall Henry, PharmD
Dr. Henry is a pharmacist in Matthew Walker Health Center’s Nashville clinic. Kendall received his Doctorate of pharmacy from Belmont University and has been a practicing pharmacist for 5 years. He came to Matthew Walker Health Center because he loves being in a role where he can give back to the community and actually see patients’ progress. When he is not here Kendall enjoys quiet time in addition to trying new places to eat and watching sports on TV.
Marcia Wiggan-Campbell, PharmD
Dr. Wiggan-Campbell is a pharmacist in our Nashville clinic pharmacy. She has been a pharmacist for more than 19 years and has a special interest in working with diabetic patients and assisting all patients with medication management. When she is not at Matthew Walker Health Center, Marcia like traveling, reading and swimming.
