If you’re uninsured, you may qualify to pay a reduced price for some services and treatments at our health centers. The exact amount you pay depends on your income and family size. This is the “Sliding Scale”. To qualify, you must bring in proof of your family’s income.

MATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER is committed to providing quality healthcare, community service, and health education.  We are accredited by the Joint Commission.  Our Nashville facility is a Certified FDA Mammography Facility.  In addition, our organization is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) program.

Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, Inc. is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Patients and/or Family Members Reporting Compliance/Safety Concerns

If you are a MATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER patient and/or family member and are aware of a suspected violation of any policy, regulation or law or safety concern, bring it to the attention of your provider or go to the front desk and ask to speak with the Compliance personnel.  You also may submit your concerns anonymously or with your identifying information to Compliance via email at compliance@mwchc.org. Specific names, dates, times, locations, and issue-specific facts will allow for a full investigation of issues. All reports will be investigated.

Resolution of Issues

The MATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER Corporate Compliance personnel will resolve any issue by initiating any investigations deemed necessary, referring complaints, providing a response to the complainant, or any other actions deemed necessary.
